  There are no fees or charges of any kind associated with Carwiser. Our service is completely free.

• Can Carwiser purchase my vehicle anywhere in the country?

• How does Carwiser get me an offer?

  Carwiser works with a nationwide network of partners to get you competing offers on your vehicle so that you get the best value every time!

• What does Carwiser need from me to get an offer?

  Your agent will need basic information on your vehicle including your VIN, mileage, and contact information.

• How long does it take to sell my vehicle with Carwiser?

  Generally, your agent will be able to get you offers within a few minutes. Once you accept an offer, the timeline depends on the partner. On average, our sellers have their vehicles off of their hands in under 16 days. Some of our sellers even sell the same day they receive an offer!

• How will I get paid?

  All of our partners offer secure & verifiable payment options. Your agent will be able to talk you through this!

• What are the benefits of selling with Carwiser?

• What happens if my offers expire?

  If your offer expires, don’t panic - you can still sell with Carwiser! Each offer will have its own expiration date. You can always turn to a backup offer, or your agent will be able to get you an updated offer.

• Does Carwiser accept Power of Attorney (POA)?

  Some of our partners will be able to purchase your vehicle if you have POA. Your agent will be able to guide you through this. Additionally, all of our partners accept military POA.

• I have a loan - can I still sell with Carwiser?

  Yes, if you have a loan you will still be able to sell with Carwiser. We are here to help you get your vehicle off of your hands!
